OSEA Skincare Review

Have you been looking for good quality skincare products that are also cruelty-free and vegan? Look no further because OSEA has got you covered. In 2002, OSEA ( Ocean, Sun, Earth, and Atmosphere) signed the Compact for Global Production of Safe Health and Beauty Products. Being an industry leader, the first to sign, they lead the path that over 1000 companies followed to also phase out the use of toxic chemicals in all beauty products.

OSEA products are and have always been free of:
• Animal By-Products
• Genetically Modified Ingredients
• Gluten
• Nanomaterials
• Parabens
• PEG Compounds
• Petrochemicals
• Petroleum
• Phthalates
• Sulfates
• Synthetic Color
• Synthetic Fragrance

100% NATURAL DERIVED INGREDIENTS: Aqua, *Macrocystis Extract, Decyl Glucoside (Vegetable Foaming Agent), Sodium Lauroyl Oat Amino Acids, *Fucus Vesiculosus Extract, Laminaria Digitata Extract, Cocoglucoside & Coconut Alcohol, Sorbitan Olivate, *Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, *Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Essential Oils of: Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf (Tea Tree) Oil and Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf (Rosemary) Oil and Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil and Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil and Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil and Cupressus Sempervirens (Cypress) Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Vaccinium Mytillus (Bilbery) Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Medica Limonium (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Acer Saccharinium (Sugar Maple) Extract, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate (Natural Smectite Clay), Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract (and) Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract (and) Aqua *CERTIFIED ORGANIC INGREDIENT

I am simply thrilled to have been given the opportunity to review OSEA's products. They have been a company I have been eyeing for quite sometime since I have high respect for a company that stays true to their ethics and leave toxic chemicals, as well as animals out of their products and of course do so without testing on animals.

OSEA has given me the opportunity to try 3 of their products and I am excited to share my thoughts with you.

Ocean Cleansing Mudd: I have this strange love with clays, mudds and basically any sort of product that contains ingredients from the earth. Being someone who has struggled with acne for years, these mudds, clays, etc. from mother earth have helped my skin tremendously. The Ocean Cleansing Mudd was an instant hit with me right from the first application. It gives your skin a little bit of a tingle and cooling sensation leaving me feeling refreshed and clean. It has a lovely minty scent that I just love. You don't need to use a lot either, a couple small pumps and a little water goes a long way. Massage your skin in a circular motion and voila, clean and ready to go! Perfect for daily use with acne/oily prone skin. I always notice an instant glow to my skin after application.

100% NATURALLY DERIVED INGREDIENTS: AQUA, ALGAE EXTRACT*, COCO CAPRYLATE/CAPRATE (Vegetable Glycerides), MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA (Macadamia) SEED OIL*, SORBITAN OLIVATE (Emulsifier from Olive Oil), CETEARYL GLUCOSIDE (Corn & Coconut Glucolipid), BUTYROSPERMUM (Shea Butter) PARKII*, SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS SEED (Jojoba) OIL*, PERSEA GRATISSIMA (Avocado) OIL*, TOCOPHEROL (Vitamin E), CALENDULA EXTRACT, L-LYSINE LAUROYL METHIONINE (Amino Acid from Plants), XANTHAN GUM, LAMINARIA ALGAE EXTRACT, GINKGO BILOBA LEAF EXTRACT, CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA FLOWER EXTRACT*, LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA (Lavender) OIL*, PELARGONIUM (Geranium) GRAVEOLENS, MAGNESIUM ALUMINUM SILICATE (Natural Smectite Clay), CITRUS GRANDIS (Grapefruit) PEEL OIL*, POTASSIUM SORBATE, GLYCINE *CERTIFIED ORGANIC INGREDIENT

Atmosphere Protection Cream: I haven't been a huge fan of moisturizers for awhile now. Most leave my skin heavy and almost filmy, which tends to make way for excess oil which leads to breakouts. But, this cream, is AMAZING! It's super light and breathable and has not caused me any extra oil. I still don't use it daily but every couple of days is perfect for me. Perfect for dryer skin types. Can also be blended with your foundation for added protection. It leaves my skin smooth and healthy.

100% Natural Derived Ingredients: *Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, *Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, *Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Thuja Occidentalis (Cedar Leaf) Oil, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, *Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil, *Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil, Salvia Sclarea (Clary) Oil, *Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower, Aniba Rosaeodora (Rosewood) Wood Oil, Elettaria Cardamomum (Cardamom Seed), Tocopherol (Vitamin E) *Certified Organic Ingredient

Essential Hydrating Oil: This is the only item I haven't used that much. I have times where my skin is dry but lately it has been more oily so haven't needed to use this very much. This is perfect for dry, aging or sun damaged skin. Easy application with a roll on applicator, which is fantastic and perfect for travel or keeping in your purse for quick touch-ups. I will be keeping this close for those dry days.

I really love that they included a guide for different skin types to let you know how often products should be used.

OSEA's products are top quality. You can really feel the difference on your skin. This is what high quality products should be. No chemicals, no preservatives, only healthy rich natural ingredients. All vegan and cruelty-free.

Thank you OSEA for sharing these with me.

Skinchantment-- Truly Natural Vegan Skincare

Skinchantment is not just another skincare company, unlike the "competition" they strive to make truly natural skincare that is all vegan, gluten-free, fair trade, synthetic preservative free and organic. They also donate portions of their profit to a local animal sanctuary-- making a better world for you, animals and the planet.

Hailing from Alberta, Canada, Skinchantment is truly a treat for the skin using only the cleanest ingredients. Each product is handcrafted in small batches, guaranteeing the highest quality product.

They offer 4 unique products in 4 different varieties.

Siren Salts (Kitchen Witch)-- It's no lie, I'm a huge bath fan and bath salts tend to be essential for a perfect relaxing experience. Upon opening the Siren Salts I could see just how natural this product is. The sage and rosemary sprinkled throughout adds a nice touch to the bath. The smell is divine and it left my skin feeling silky smooth and smelling great. Also, a little goes a long way.

Also available in: Secret Garden (rose), Circles Isle (lavender and rosemary) and Forbidden Fruit (orange and lemon).

Elixir of Light (She Dragon)-- I admit, I have a fear of oil products for my face because I have acne prone skin. I was worried this product would break me out even though it's labeled "For Acne Prone/Problematic Skin" but my fear was unwarranted because I love this product. My skin feels fantastic and that says a lot since the last 6 years or so has been a constant battle with my skin. Since I started a medication several years ago, my skin constantly breaks out and has left me extremely embarrassed to show my face. I feel like my brightness is finally coming back. My skin is actually close to clear for the first time in ages and I truly think it's because of Skinchantment. I use this product as a cleanser but it can also be used as a moisturizer or serum.

Radiance Nectar (She Dragon)-- This facial mist is partnered with the facial oil and is light and feels so good on the skin! Both together work their magic on my skin. :) I use this as a toner but can also be used as a makeup setting spray or simply for spritzing dry skin.

Also available in: Faerie Maiden (For sensitive/normal skin), Warrior Queen (For damaged/scarred skin) and Wise Woman (For Aging Skin).

Meet me at the Masquerade (Ebony Satin)-- Ebony is truly the colour of this dry masque which can look a bit scary but do not fear, even though it's a bit messy, it makes your skin feel and look fabulous. This one goes well with my oil and mist as it is for detoxification which obviously aids in correcting my acne prone skin but you can definitely pair the Sea Silk masque as well as it is for acne prone skin. You simply add a little water to a small amount of powder and voila! you've got yourself a masque!

Also Available in: Crimson Velvet (For Beautiful Aging Skin), Sea Silk (For Acne Prone/Problematic Skin) and Pearl Lace (Gently Exfoliating/Moisturizing).

I was also sent samples of the Sea Silk masque and the Warrior Queen mist and oil. I have tried them and enjoyed them as well but definitely want to stick to my main products. I also want to mention how much I love the names of the products as someone who's really into fantasy, I appreciate it. Each product has a story to tell and that is truly inspiring to me.

Thank you Skinchantment for making me feel beautiful again and giving me the opportunity to collaborate with you.

A Review of Samana Naturals w/ Discount Code

Samana Naturals is a cruelty-free and vegan skincare/cosmetic company based out of Toronto, Canada. They strive to be a truly environmentally-friendly company, creating products that not only benefit your body but are fully biodegradable and using plastic that is also recyclable. To learn more about the ethics of Samana, click here

Samana offered to send me 2 products free of charge so that I could review them for you. I received their rosewood geranium daily light vegan lotion and the mocha face scrub.

Rosewood Geranium Daily Light Vegan Lotion: Like the name suggests, this is a light lotion. It leaves your skin smooth and moisturized without leaving a residue. The only down side for me was I wasn't overly fond of the scent. I am not a fan of floral type scents because of my allergies but I didn't have an issue with an allergic reaction, it was more of a personal preference. Scent aside, this lotion works great and really helped my dry winter skin.

Mocha Face Scrub: This product is one in a million. I have used several scrubs that I love but this one hits it out of the ballpark. The smells is incredible and it leaves your skin like silk or smooth as a babies bottom, whatever you'd prefer. ;) High-end ingredients such as shea butter, sunflower oil  and ground coffee is what makes this product so effective. Your skin will love you for this one. See below for a tutorial video from me using the scrub.

Samana also offers vegan lip balms, soaps and other lotions as well. All their products can be purchased from their website. Thanks so much to Samana Naturals for this opportunity to share my thoughts with my followers.

Also take advantage of a chance to save 10% with the code TAKETEN

Sibu Beauty Sea Buckthorn Night Cream Review

Sibu Beauty approached The Vegan Peach with the opportunity to review their replenishing night cream. I have previously used their facial scrub and adored it so jumped on the opportunity.

Sibu offers products that are not only effective but cruelty-free, vegan, sustainable, fair trade and GMO free. You can also see their humanitarian efforts here.

They offer a full range of products from cleansers, creams, serums and even supplements. Their products all contain a unique blend steaming from sea buckthorn as the main ingredient. Read for yourself:

The sea buckthorn berry fortifies itself against the elements by producing an array of powerful nutrients. With over 190 bioactive compounds, sea buckthorn is an unsurpassed source of Omegas 3, 6, and 9. And it's a rich source of the elusive essential fatty acid, Omega-7, an essential fatty acid vital to collagen production and healthy skin, hair and nails."

The Sibu Sea Buckthorn replenishing night cream has been a great addition to my routine. Although, I do not use it every single night, I use it at least 3 times a week. It has a mild but soothing smell that adds to the relaxation before bed. The cream goes on smooth and feels fantastic on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed with a bit of tightness that is perfect for aging or any stubborn wrinkles you may have. It has really helped the dryness that I occur in the winter months and I have noticed a total improvement in the health of my skin.

Their products can be ordered directly from their website but I do know they are also available at many of my local stores as well including; Marshalls and Superstore. If you are looking for a mid to high-end skincare regime, I highly recommend Sibu. As their tagline states "Ethical Meets Beauty." That just about sums up their company. Better for you, the planet and our animal friends.

Thanks to Sibu Beauty for giving me the opportunity to review this lovely product.

My personal experience with Thera Wise Ac+ Natural Bio-Active Acne Ointment has been a positive one. It has lessened the strength and intensity of my breakouts, we well as not drying my skin out to the point of a painful irritation. It leaves an awesome tingly sensation on the skin which makes you know it's working, which also soothes the breakout area. The smell is pleasant and not overly potent like some acne medications. I personally recommend this product for anyone with mild to severe acne breakouts.

Thera Wise also specializes in several other products including: Skin healing ointment, hemorrhoidal cream, vaporizing rub, diaper cream and children's toothbrushes.

There is no need to harm animals to get results you want, Thera Wise is proof of that. You can purchase their products directly from their website www.therawise.com or from many participating retailers across Canada, which you can find linked on their website.

Thanks to Thera Wise for the opportunity to review and try this great product!

MuLondon Skincare Review with Discount Code

The wonderful owner of MuLondon was kind enough to send yours truly, a product of my choice for review purposes. I chose the organic fragrance-free foaming face wash. Before I get into my review, let me tell you a little bit about MuLondon.

Based in London, UK (in case that wasn't obvious), MuLondon specializes in vegan, cruelty-free, organic, handcrafted skincare with no artificial preservatives, emulsifiers or fragrances. In other words, a truly green, ethical and incredible company to support.

Right from the beginning, I knew I would love MuLondon. I had heard so much on the internet regarding them that I just needed to get my hands on one of their products. I am so grateful Boris was more than willing to give me the opportunity to review one. I received my foaming face wash quickly, especially considering that it's coming from across the ocean. I've been washing my face every night for a week and a half and I just love the way it makes my skin feel. One press down on the pump and you get a nice sized amount of product.

It lathers really well and rinses off easily with no gross residue. It leaves my skin soft, smooth and feeling clean. I also want to state that it has not affected my acne negatively in any way, it has not caused me any outbreaks which is a huge plus. My skin is highly sensitive and so many products claim they won't cause any problems, do. I also appreciate the fact this is fragrance free since I am scent sensitive. They do, however, offer many products with essential oils and herbal extracts for anyone who loves that extra kick.

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Potassium Sunflowerate (Saponified Sunflower Oil)*, Potassium Cocoate (Saponified Coconut Oil)*, Glycerin (vegetable, naturally occurring)*, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate (Potassium Salts), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba Oil)*, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary Extract)*

  *Denotes Certified Organic Ingredients.

I don't think it's necessary for me to ramble on anymore than that, I don't need people sleeping on their keyboards. The products speak for themselves. All products can be ordered directly from the MuLondon website: www.mulondon.com and it can be ordered and shipped internationally, anywhere in the world. To make it even better, don't miss out on this special opportunity just for YOU, The Vegan Peach fan, Get 10% off until October 15th, 2014 using code TVP10

Thank you once again to MuLondon!
